Created by the San Antonio duo Pancakes For Breakfast, A Nordic Noel began with a challenge: could two composers write four full-length orchestral songs in only 24 hours? Inspired by Celtic and Scandinavian landscapes, the project became a textured, cinematic EP with a story worth watching.
