A Nordic Nöel
Created by the San Antonio duo Pancakes For Breakfast, A Nordic Nöel began with a challenge: could two composers write four full-length orchestral pieces in only 24 hours? Inspired by Celtic and Scandinavian landscapes, the project became a textured, cinematic EP with a story worth watching.

A choral composition performed by the UTSA Chamber Singers at the 2023 New Music Festival. This piece uses lyrics from Virgil’s Aeneid and conveys the idea of gatherings one's courage to reach for the highest hights.
TTBB Vocal Work
Te Trina Deitas
A vocal work for TTBB whose text comes from St. Thomas Aquinas’ hymn entitled Sacris Solemniis. This selection occurs at the end of his hymn, and instead of a celebratory nature, he has chosen to interpret it in a more pleading sense.
SATB A Cappella composition
As Kingfishers Catch Fire
A dramatic choral composition that uses the poem by Gerard Manley hopkins of that same name. It is a piece about the relationship between Nature and Faith.
SATB and piano composition
Spring and Fall
Spring and Fall is a SATB choral piece with text from the poem Spring and Fall by Gerard Manley Hopkins, imagining the author as two parents speaking to their daughter, Márgarét, as she is beginning to process the newfound relationship she has with death.
